Dieting for Women and why you shouldn't bother.

The writer of this article is a man so you might just be wondering how a man can write about the mind set of a woman and the way she thinks when it comes to “Dieting” and just what effect the marketing of those selling diets and dieting products has on that mind set?

Well here is my answer to your wonderment. I can look at things from outside the box as they say and have been very lucky in many things including my intuition sensitivity and my analytical way of looking at things. Add to all that my ability to patiently evaluate the things I analyse and you have someone with an extra ordinary way of looking at things.

Ok so saying on with my analysis of women and dieting and the effect the dieting and dieting products industry is having on the female of the human species in this modern world.

Did you know in all probability around 70 to 80 % of men think they either have a small penis or a lack of money a lack good looks or have some other hang up that prevents them from being just their own sweet self?

No? Well ladies here are some things that you will know absolutely for sure!

 

 

 

All women think at times that there bum is too big or that they are overweight, especially as they age or grow older (yes it gets harder as you get older not easier!), as through teenage growth women begin to take a child bearing shape and a mind set that they are overweight. Women have a number of hang up's but let's not give away all your secrets Girls I know a lot of you are still 21 but a lot of these hang ups are due to the media and also companies that play on those “hang ups” to entice you to buy their products.

You will no doubt probably have heard that back in the Nineteen forties and fifties women we're women and the likes of Marilyn Monroe and Sophia Loren we're the voluptuous and sexy image of the then modern woman. Further back in history the “Earth Mother” was worshiped as a Goddess and in all honesty the “Earth Mother” looked more like a woman about eight months pregnant than the sort of waif like stick thin heroine chic androgynous teenage boy like Catwalk Models one sees in Haute Couture and in magazine spreads and in the bombardment of advertising one these days quite often sees and finds oneself subject to.

Company's, magazines, the media etc project these so called images of perfection to try to make you buy their products or services! By using “Models” who are usually very pretty, very young and of course stick thin, as seems to be the way in the modern world of fashion the media have you feeling inadequate using your own hang ups to show you why you don't measure up in order to sell you the products they claim will help you with your particular “problem”.

Well guess what girls the dieting cosmetics fashion and pharmaceutical companies are all playing you! They are conning women young and old alike that they should appear as thinner than they are by using the growth cycle and the hang ups attached to these cycles to dupe people into thinking there is something wrong with them or that they should be trying to improve their physical appearance by messing with this natural cycle of events by advocating dieting to attain the catwalk like look that they seem to imply everyone should look like.

Well here is the process these companies manipulate.

 

 

 

 

 

A girl grows from a little girl playing with dolls and learning about life then she after whatever experiences she already had to endure get's hit by puberty. The oncoming of pubis the Curse of the menstrual period cycles and all the associated complications added to which is a hormonal change that must turn their world upside down when combined with the learning to deal with the discomfort and pain of the menstrual cycle.

During this time there is the peer pressure and the private little thoughts that go through every girls mind about her inadequacies and how she doesn't quite measure up to others she see's around her in one way or another. This is a dangerous time as girls can over compensate and can try to compete for the affections of boys by over dressing (or under dressing) applying too much make up or generally behaving in a way that gets the attention of boys including dangerous dieting practices that are absolutely wrong and bad for their health.

At this time girls are probably in their early teens they still have Boy like shapes in many ways and their hips are not yet filling out. Their woman like shape with a larger posterior (backside) than guys that fits in with the filling out of a girls hips in readiness for her child bearing role which I might add the female human body was actually designed for is still in the early stages. Whilst at this stage a girl's nipples are also only just beginning to change. Sort of budding like a flower but not yet fully formed women's nipples.

The hips posterior nipples and shape of women continues to change over the coming years so that the nipples grow larger the hips widen and in turn the backside takes on a shape that is in accordance to the child bearing hip shape. The breasts also change and in most cases like the nipples fill out and mature inline with the rest of the changes that take pace during the early years of puberty which are usually between 13 and 18.

Once a woman reaches 18 she is still not fully matured as a woman but as a sexually attractive partner woman are at their prime from 18 to 26 as far as reaching the height of adolescent and young adulthood and their attractiveness to males in their own prime which is also as far as youthful good looks and that competitive edge goes between 18 and 26 or so.

So you will have filled out by the time you reach your twenties ladies and once you have had a baby things start to lose some of the perkiness of those teenage years and your attractiveness in your own eyes may start to diminish & you will falter in your thinking. If you have found the right man though I want to let you into a little secret about how things are seen. Those breasts that may sag a little or are not as firm as they we're before you had a baby or those little stretch marks you have will appear to a knowledgeable more mature man merely as a reminder of you being the mother to a child perhaps his child and if you are lucky he will tell you so and help to boost your confidence.

Women it seems have a built in predisposition to have these doubts and fears and concerns over the changes that affect their bodies. It seems cruel to me that all women don't know these things and that it is all to be expected.

Now here is the final straw that broke the camels back. Ladies after you have had your brood of children and as you reach you're middle to late thirties and finally middle age and your forties and fifties you will put on weight!

That's right women fill out during this period in their lives and no matter how much you try to fight it falling for the latest campaign trying to sell you some diet meant to change this natural process you will be fighting a losing battle.

Don't believe me? OK ask yourself a question – How many women do you know in their forties or fifties who regularly try diets but rarely achieve the results they want or if they do they have to live on some wacky eating plan just to keep a few pounds of weight off and then generally find themselves looking for the next “Can't Fail Diet” to come onto the market when the last one fails to have any long lasting effect?

I know the answer to that question already! Loads or a Lot ! Yes?

Speaks for it' self really – As the song would say “Don't believe the hype”

Be happy and stay fit and healthy but throw all your diet plans out with the garbage as you are best off finding a way to be happy with yourself the way you are. I know it's hard but it's better than trying to win a continually losing battle dieting.

Dieting is wrong IMHO eating healthily and keeping fit with regular exercise is a much better bet!
